About Us

Dispatch Services

  • Carrier – Negotiate and get the best rates for loads from the load board. Provide complete details to the shipper and receiver on the supply chain.
  • Broker – Based on Safety scores and experience in the industry, we allot loads to the carriers.

Driver or Owner Operators

  • Driver database across North America.
  • Background check of each driver for the last five years.
  • Alcohol and drug abuse test scheduling in a timely manner.
  • Check for accidental history, violations, and criminal records.

Carrier On-Boarding

  • Back-end operations of entering carrier details into the CRM of respective logistics companies.

Check-call Services

  • Provide real-time scenarios of the trucks to the respective brokers using ELD.
  • Close monitoring of the trucks and assist in case of any emergency like reefer shutdown, truck breakdown, etc.

Compliance

  • At the shipper - check all the products are loaded with the said temperature as per the BOL and its seal intact.
  • Do all the pre-hauling inspections of the truck.
  • Check the HOS - Hours of Service of drivers and instruct them to drive accordingly.
  • Give continuous status update to the shipper and the receiver of the truck and ETA based on miles hauled.
  • Once unloaded, collect all the necessary paperwork - All pages of BOLs and lumper receipt (if any) from the driver within 24 hours of delivery and send it to the broker via EMAIL/TRANSFLO/MAIL.
  • Follow up on payment status after 30 business days with the Broker.

Tax Filing

  • Help carriers file their fuel tax for each state hauled.
  • File form 2290 with our partners at a discount.
